2 Acceptance and Responsibilities
2.1 Use of the website is subject to its terms and conditions and by using the website, to agree to such terms.
2.2 The website and the information contained on it, is not directed at, or intended for distribution to or use by, any person or entity who is resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where such distribution, publication, availability or use would be contrary to applicable law or regulation or would subject the VTS to any registration or licensing requirement within such jurisdiction.
