Valuation Tribunal list information and decisions. Please note that, for council tax valuation (banding) decisions, only those made since November 2005 are available. Council tax liability decisions are available from July 2011. The database of decisions and listings is normally updated and refreshed daily.

Important Information

We are in the process of making improvements to the Listings pages of the website that will be completed by 2 March. Until then, it is not possible to retrieve a list of all the appeals listed to a particular hearing. However, it is still possible to search using:

• appeal number (for an individual appeal), or
• VOA sub programme identifier (for a group of appeals in the same sub programme), or
• postcode or other address information (for appeals in the same locality that are listed).
