Appeals against invalidity notices

Invalidity notices

The Valuation Office Agency’s listing officer may issue an invalidity notice if they believe that a proposal made to them does not meet the requirements of the regulations in some way. For example, it may be that the proposal was made outside of the time limits allowed. There is a right of appeal against an invalidity notice to the Valuation Tribunal.
